Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cream together the softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together the flour and baking powder. Gradually add it to the butter mixture, blending well to create a smooth dough.
- Fold in the chocolate sprinkles gently.
- Scoop tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them about two inches apart.
- Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until edges are just golden and centers are set.
- Cool on the sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
Notes
