Ingredients

- 1/2 cup caramel (homemade or store-bought)
- 1/2 teaspoon flaky sea salt
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.
- Coat a mini cupcake tray with the melted chocolate and refrigerate to set.
- Prepare the caramel by cooking sugar and a bit of water, then add butter and cream.
- Spoon the caramel into the chocolate cups and refrigerate.
- Pour melted chocolate over the caramel to seal and refrigerate again.
- Sprinkle with sea salt before fully setting.
- Once set, pop them out and serve on a festive platter.
