Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a heatproof bowl over simmering water or in the microwave.
  2. Coat a mini cupcake tray with the melted chocolate and refrigerate to set.
  3. Prepare the caramel by cooking sugar and a bit of water, then add butter and cream.
  4. Spoon the caramel into the chocolate cups and refrigerate.
  5. Pour melted chocolate over the caramel to seal and refrigerate again.
  6. Sprinkle with sea salt before fully setting.
  7. Once set, pop them out and serve on a festive platter.
