Delightful chocolate cups filled with luscious caramel, topped with a sprinkle of sea salt, perfect for the holiday season.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate (Dark or Milk)
  • Caramel (Store-bought or Homemade)
  • Flaky Sea Salt
  • Cupcake Liners
  • Optional Add-ins (nuts, coconut, white chocolate)

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate using a double boiler or microwave, being careful not to overheat.
  2. Coat the inside of each cupcake liner with melted chocolate, making sure it’s evenly distributed.
  3. Chill in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes until hardened.
  4. Add a small dollop of caramel into each chocolate cup, filling just below the rim.
  5. Seal with more melted chocolate, pouring over the caramel.
  6. Return to the refrigerator for another 15-20 minutes until the top layer hardens.
  7. Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top as soon as they come out of the fridge.
  8. Enjoy or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Notes

Using high-quality chocolate and caramel will enhance the flavor of the cups. Consider tempering the chocolate for a glossy finish.
