  • Sautéed Button or Cremini Mushrooms

  • Fresh Basil
  • Fresh Oregano
  • Fresh Thyme
  • Fresh Minced Garlic
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Dough: Allow the sourdough to come to room temperature or ensure it has risen sufficiently if homemade.
  2. Sauté the Filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Assemble the Roll-Ups: Roll out the sourdough into a thin rectangle, layer with cheese, sautéed mushrooms, and other fillings.
  4. Roll: Tightly roll the dough from one long edge and pinch the ends to seal.
