Ingredients

- Sautéed Button or Cremini Mushrooms

- Fresh Basil
- Fresh Oregano
- Fresh Thyme
- Fresh Minced Garlic
- Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Instructions
- Prepare the Dough: Allow the sourdough to come to room temperature or ensure it has risen sufficiently if homemade.
- Sauté the Filling: Heat olive oil in a skillet, add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, then add sliced mushrooms and cook until soft. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the Roll-Ups: Roll out the sourdough into a thin rectangle, layer with cheese, sautéed mushrooms, and other fillings.
- Roll: Tightly roll the dough from one long edge and pinch the ends to seal.
- Cut and Bake: Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces, place on a baking tray, brush with olive oil, and sprinkle with herbs.
- Bake: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Cool and Serve: Let cool slightly before serving warm with marinara sauce or garlic aioli.
