- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup chocolate chips (milk, dark, or white)
- Sprinkles or chopped nuts (optional)
Instructions
- Crush the Golden Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs.
- Mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until combined.
- Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the truffles in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Melt the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in short bursts, stirring in between.
- Dip the chilled truffles into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Place the coated truffles back on the baking sheet and sprinkle with toppings if desired.
- Chill again for 30 minutes until the chocolate is hardened.
- Serve on a platter or package in treat boxes for gifting.
