Instructions

  1. Crush the Golden Oreos in a food processor until fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until combined.
  3. Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  4. Chill the truffles in the fridge for 30 minutes.

  6. Dip the chilled truffles into the melted chocolate, ensuring they are fully coated.
