Ingredients

Instructions
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, sugar, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- In another bowl, beat the eggs and stir in the milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
- Slowly pour the wet ingredients into the dry mixture and gently fold to combine, leaving some lumps.
- Gently fold in the cranberries.
- Preheat a skillet or griddle over medium heat and add butter.
- Pour about 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
- Serve warm with toppings of your choice like whipped cream, powdered sugar, or fresh fruits.
Notes
Feel free to customize with additional ingredients like chocolate chips or nuts. For gluten-free, substitute almond flour for all-purpose flour.
