Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Cream butter and sugar together in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add egg and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually add to wet ingredients until a soft dough forms.
- Shape small balls of dough, roll in sprinkles, and place on baking sheets.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
- Let cool on the baking sheet for a couple of minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
