Ingredients

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare baking sheet.
- Cream together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy.
- Add the egg and vanilla extract and mix well.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour and baking powder, then gradually add to wet mixture.
- Press small amounts of dough into molds, covering bottoms and sides evenly.
- Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until golden at the edges. Cool completely.
- Fill cookie cups with chosen filling and decorate with sprinkles.
