Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your cupcake pan with festive liners.
- Cream together softened butter and granulated sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition and scraping the bowl sides.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt. Gradually mix dry ingredients into the wet mixture, alternating with the milk.
- Fill cupcake liners two-thirds full with batter and bake for 18-20 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- While cupcakes cool, beat cream cheese and butter until smooth, then add confectioners’ sugar until desired sweetness is reached.
- Using a piping bag and star tip, frost the cupcakes in a wreath design.
- Decorate with red candies for berries and green sprinkles or fondant for leaves.
- Allow to set before serving.
