Instructions

- Prepare buttercream frosting by mixing 1 cup of softened butter with 4 cups of powdered sugar, a tablespoon of milk, and a splash of vanilla extract.

- Frost cooled cupcakes in a wreath-like design using a piping bag.
- Top with red candies, edible glitter, and mint leaves for a festive touch.
