- ¼ cup olive oil
- Juice of 2 lemons (or oranges)
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, chopped

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine olive oil, citrus juice, minced garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
- Add the drumettes and coat thoroughly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and arrange drumettes in a single layer.
- Roast for 30-35 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Let rest for a few minutes before serving, garnished with fresh herbs or citrus slices.
