Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon zest and juice, orange zest and juice, minced garlic, fresh herbs, salt, and pepper.
- Add the chicken drumettes to the bowl, coating them in the marinade. Allow to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Spread the drumettes in a single layer on a greased baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
