Description
A simple yet delightful version of traditional tiramisu, with layers of coffee-soaked ladyfingers and creamy mascarpone.
Ingredients

- 1 cup Mascarpone Cheese
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 1 cup Coffee (espresso or strong brewed)
- 1 package Ladyfingers
- 1/2 cup Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Cocoa Powder, for dusting
Instructions
- Brew a strong cup of espresso or coffee and let it cool down.
- In a mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until soft peaks form.
- In another bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and creamy.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture.
- Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the cooled coffee and place them in a 9×9-inch dish.
- Spread half of the mascarpone mixture over the ladyfingers and repeat with another layer of dipped ladyfingers and the remaining mascarpone mixture.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
- Dust with cocoa powder before serving.
Notes
Make sure not to soak the ladyfingers too long to prevent them from becoming mushy.
