Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients on a clean countertop.
- Dice the cooked turkey into bite-sized pieces, no larger than one inch.
- Thinly slice the apples and toss with a splash of lemon juice.
- Chop the celery and halve the grapes if using.
- In a large bowl, combine turkey, apples, celery, walnuts, and grapes or cranberries.
