Instructions
- Season the chicken generously with salt and pepper.
- Heat oil in a skillet and brown the chicken briefly.
- Sauté onions and garlic in the same skillet until fragrant.
- In the crockpot, add the browned chicken, sautéed onions, cream of mushroom soup, broth, thyme, parsley, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Set the crockpot on low for 6-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours.
- Once cooked, shred the chicken in the pot and adjust seasonings. For a thicker gravy, whisk in a cornstarch slurry.
