Description

Deliciously fluffy and sweet cookies made with Cool Whip, perfect for family gatherings and easy enough for kids to help make.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup Cool Whip
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 cup granulated sugar
  • Optional: chocolate chips or nuts

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line your baking sheets with parchment paper.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the Cool Whip, egg, and vanilla extract, whisking until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder, and granulated sugar.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, folding gently until just combined. Add chocolate chips or nuts if desired.
  5. Scoop the dough onto the prepared baking sheets, leaving about 2 inches of space between each cookie.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
  7. Let cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes

Allowing the cookies to cool slightly on the baking sheet prevents them from breaking apart when transferring.
