  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a loaf pan.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a bowl.
  3. In another bowl, whisk eggs and then mix in granulated sugar, yogurt, melted butter, and milk until creamy.
  4. Fold the dry mixture into the wet mixture gently.
  5. Prepare the cinnamon swirl by mixing brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl.
  6. Layer the batter: Pour half into the loaf pan, sprinkle half the cinnamon mixture, add remaining batter and top with the rest of the cinnamon mixture.
  7. Gently swirl the batter with a knife or skewer.
  8. Bake for 55-65 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean.
  9. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
