Instructions

- Mix the Ingredients: In a large bowl, combine crab meat, breadcrumbs, minced garlic, beaten eggs, and herbs. Season with salt, pepper, and cayenne.
- Form the Bites: Shape mixture into small patties or balls and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Fry Them Up: Heat oil over medium heat and cook the crab bites until golden brown on both sides.
- Serving: Transfer to paper towels to absorb excess oil and serve immediately with dipping sauce or lemon wedges.
