Description

These charming cranberry and brie baked phyllo cups are the perfect blend of rich, creamy cheese and sweet tart cranberries, all nestled in a crispy, flaky shell.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of phyllo dough
  • 8 oz brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (or dried)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary, chopped
  • Honey, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the phyllo dough and cover with a damp cloth to prevent it from drying out.
  3. Brush a muffin tin with melted butter and layer phyllo sheets, brushing each with butter as you go.
  4. Fill each phyllo shell with brie pieces and cranberries, drizzle with honey, and sprinkle herbs on top.
  5. Bake for 15–20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving warm.

Notes

Be careful not to overfill the cups to avoid sogginess. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 2-3 days or freeze for later.
