- 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Thaw phyllo dough in the refrigerator.
- Cover phyllo sheets with a damp cloth to prevent drying.
- Brush a sheet of phyllo with melted butter, layer 3-4 sheets, and cut into squares.
- Press phyllo squares into a muffin tin to form cups.
- Fill each cup with Brie pieces and cranberries.
- Brush tops with more melted butter.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
