  • 1 package phyllo dough
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 4 tbsp melted butter
  • Fresh thyme or rosemary (optional)
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Thaw phyllo dough in the refrigerator.
  3. Cover phyllo sheets with a damp cloth to prevent drying.
  4. Brush a sheet of phyllo with melted butter, layer 3-4 sheets, and cut into squares.
  5. Press phyllo squares into a muffin tin to form cups.
  6. Fill each cup with Brie pieces and cranberries.
  7. Brush tops with more melted butter.
  8. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Serve warm; drizzle with honey or maple syrup if desired.
