  • 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries or cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • Fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary)
  • Optional: a sprinkle of sugar or red pepper flakes for added flavor

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Prepare the dough, thawing if using frozen, and roll it out on a floured surface.
  3. Assemble the ingredients by spreading melted butter over the dough and adding cranberry sauce and Brie slices.
  4. Cut the dough into squares (2×2 inches) and stack them in a greased bundt or loaf pan.
  5. Brush with more melted butter and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
  7. Cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
