- 1 package of bread dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 8 oz Brie cheese, sliced
- 1 cup fresh cranberries or cranberry sauce
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- Fresh herbs (thyme or rosemary)
- Optional: a sprinkle of sugar or red pepper flakes for added flavor
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Prepare the dough, thawing if using frozen, and roll it out on a floured surface.
- Assemble the ingredients by spreading melted butter over the dough and adding cranberry sauce and Brie slices.
- Cut the dough into squares (2×2 inches) and stack them in a greased bundt or loaf pan.
- Brush with more melted butter and let it rest for 20 minutes.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden and bubbling.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving warm.
Notes
Serve with extra cranberry sauce for dipping. This bread is best enjoyed warm.
