Description

Delightful and easy-to-make appetizer featuring a creamy mixture of tart cranberries and rich cream cheese wrapped in flaky crescent dough.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 tube Crescent Roll Dough
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries
  • 12 tbsp Fresh Herbs (thyme or rosemary)
  • 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
  • Optional: Chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, dried cranberries, and chopped herbs. Add sugar and mix until fully incorporated.
  3. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  4. Spoon a generous amount of cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll it up, tucking in the points.
  5. Place the bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Optionally garnish with more chopped herbs.

Notes

For extra flavor, consider brushing the tops with melted butter and a pinch of garlic powder before baking.
