Delightful and easy-to-make appetizer featuring a creamy mixture of tart cranberries and rich cream cheese wrapped in flaky crescent dough.

- 1 tube Crescent Roll Dough
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Dried Cranberries
- 1–2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (thyme or rosemary)
- 2 tbsp Granulated Sugar
- Optional: Chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, dried cranberries, and chopped herbs. Add sugar and mix until fully incorporated.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Spoon a generous amount of cream cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Roll it up, tucking in the points.
- Place the bites on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving. Optionally garnish with more chopped herbs.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider brushing the tops with melted butter and a pinch of garlic powder before baking.
