- 1 block full-fat cream cheese
- 1 jar cranberry hot pepper jelly
- 24 mini phyllo cups
- Fresh chives (or parsley/cilantro)
- Red pepper flakes (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for about 15 minutes and mix until creamy.
- Place the mini phyllo cups on a baking tray and fill each with softened cream cheese.
- Add a teaspoon of cranberry hot pepper jelly on top of the cream cheese.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy, or chill in the refrigerator if serving cold.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, then serve.
Notes
Feel free to substitute flavored cream cheese or use small bread rounds for a gluten-free option.
