Ingredients

  • 1 block full-fat cream cheese
  • 1 jar cranberry hot pepper jelly
  • 24 mini phyllo cups
  • Fresh chives (or parsley/cilantro)
  • Red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for about 15 minutes and mix until creamy.
  3. Place the mini phyllo cups on a baking tray and fill each with softened cream cheese.
  4. Add a teaspoon of cranberry hot pepper jelly on top of the cream cheese.
  5. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until golden and crispy, or chill in the refrigerator if serving cold.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and sprinkle with red pepper flakes, then serve.
