Ingredients

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup fresh cranberries, chopped
- 1–2 jalapeño peppers, diced
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, juiced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Soften the cream cheese at room temperature for about 20 minutes.
- In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese and lime juice; mix until smooth.
- Fold in chopped cranberries until evenly distributed.
- Gently add diced jalapeños and green onions along with chopped cilantro.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chill the dip in the fridge for at least 1 hour before serving.
- Serve in a bowl, garnished with extra cranberries or cilantro, along with crackers or veggies.
Notes
Feel free to adjust the heat by adding more or fewer jalapeños. You can also substitute cilantro with parsley if desired.
