Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup cold butter
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup fresh cranberries
- 1–2 jalapeños, finely chopped
- Handful of chopped cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- Pinch of salt
- Sprinkle of black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- If making tart shells, mix flour, butter, and sugar until crumbly. Press into mini tart pans and poke holes.
- In a bowl, beat cream cheese, cranberries, jalapeños, cilantro, salt, pepper, and garlic until creamy but chunky.
- Spoon mixture into tart shells, filling generously without overflowing.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
- Let cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
Notes
These tarts can be prepped ahead of time and reheated before serving. Drizzle with honey or balsamic glaze for added flavor.
