Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cold butter
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries
  • 12 jalapeños, finely chopped
  • Handful of chopped cilantro
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Pinch of salt
  • Sprinkle of black pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. If making tart shells, mix flour, butter, and sugar until crumbly. Press into mini tart pans and poke holes.
  3. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, cranberries, jalapeños, cilantro, salt, pepper, and garlic until creamy but chunky.
  4. Spoon mixture into tart shells, filling generously without overflowing.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.
  6. Let cool slightly on a wire rack before serving.
