Description

Delightful tarts filled with a blend of tart cranberries and spicy jalapeños in a buttery pastry crust.


Ingredients

  • Pastry Dough
  • Cream Cheese
  • Fresh Cranberries
  • Fresh Jalapeños
  • Honey or Brown Sugar
  • Fresh Herbs (Cilantro, Parsley, or Green Onions)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pastry dough and cut into shapes; press into a mini muffin tin.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped cranberries, diced jalapeños, and honey/brown sugar. Adjust sweetness to taste.
  3. Spoon the mixture into each pastry crust.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
  5. Cool slightly, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve warm or at room temperature.
