Ingredients
- Pastry Dough
- Cream Cheese
- Fresh Cranberries
- Fresh Jalapeños
- Honey or Brown Sugar
- Fresh Herbs (Cilantro, Parsley, or Green Onions)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Roll out the pastry dough and cut into shapes; press into a mini muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped cranberries, diced jalapeños, and honey/brown sugar. Adjust sweetness to taste.
- Spoon the mixture into each pastry crust.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and bubbly.
- Cool slightly, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve warm or at room temperature.
Notes
Serve as appetizers or a side dish. Best enjoyed fresh, but can be refrigerated or frozen for later use.
