- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- 1 lemon, zested and juiced
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs
- ¼ cup granulated sugar (for crust)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, blend 1 cup of flour, ½ cup of butter, and ¼ cup of sugar until crumbly. Press into a lined baking dish and bake for 15 minutes or until lightly golden.
- In another bowl, whisk together 2 eggs, 1 cup of sugar, zest of one lemon, and ½ cup of lemon juice until combined. Add 2 cups of cranberries to the mixture and stir gently.
- Pour the filling over the pre-baked crust and bake for an additional 25 minutes, or until the top is set and lightly golden.
- Allow the bars to cool in the pan. Once cool, dust with powdered sugar for that beautiful finish. Cut into squares and enjoy!
