Description

A rich and creamy fudge combining tart cranberries and zesty oranges, perfect for holiday gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 2 cups fresh cranberries
  • Zest of 1 orange

Instructions

  1. Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
  2. In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously over low heat until melted and smooth.
  3. Remove from heat and fold in the cranberries and orange zest.
  4. Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120-180 minutes, or until firm.
  6. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares to serve.

Notes

For a dairy-free version, substitute coconut condensed milk for sweetened condensed milk and coconut oil for butter. You can also use dried cranberries if fresh ones aren’t available.
