A rich and creamy fudge combining tart cranberries and zesty oranges, perfect for holiday gatherings.
Ingredients

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 cups fresh cranberries
- Zest of 1 orange
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch baking dish with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
- In a medium saucepan, combine the white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter. Stir continuously over low heat until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and fold in the cranberries and orange zest.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 120-180 minutes, or until firm.
- Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into squares to serve.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, substitute coconut condensed milk for sweetened condensed milk and coconut oil for butter. You can also use dried cranberries if fresh ones aren’t available.
