Instructions

  2. In another bowl, whisk together ricotta cheese, milk, egg, orange zest, and orange juice until smooth.
  3. Pour wet mixture into dry ingredients and stir gently until just combined, then fold in cranberries.

  5. Pour about ¼ cup of batter for each pancake and cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook until golden brown.
