Instructions

  1. Cream the room-temperature butter in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
  2. Add granulated sugar and mix until well combined.
  3. Mix in powdered sugar, orange zest, and orange juice.
  4. Slowly add flour and salt, mixing until just combined.
  5. Fold in dried cranberries gently.
  6. Divide dough into two logs, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for at least an hour.
  7. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  8. Slice chilled logs into rounds and arrange on the baking sheet.
