Instructions
- Cream the room-temperature butter in a mixing bowl until light and fluffy.
- Add granulated sugar and mix until well combined.

- Fold in dried cranberries gently.
- Divide dough into two logs, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill for at least an hour.
