- 1 wheel of Brie cheese
- 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme
- Crackers or baguette, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Place the brie on a parchment-lined baking dish.
- Scatter cranberries over the brie, followed by chopped pecans.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with herbs.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until gooey and soft.
- Let cool for a couple of minutes and serve warm with crackers and baguette slices.
Notes
For a twist, swap Brie for goat cheese or use walnuts instead of pecans. Drizzling with maple syrup can make it vegan-friendly.
