Ingredients

  • 1 cup fresh or dried cranberries
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary or thyme
  • Crackers or baguette, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Place the brie on a parchment-lined baking dish.
  3. Scatter cranberries over the brie, followed by chopped pecans.
  4. Drizzle with honey and sprinkle with herbs.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, until gooey and soft.
  6. Let cool for a couple of minutes and serve warm with crackers and baguette slices.

Notes

For a twist, swap Brie for goat cheese or use walnuts instead of pecans. Drizzling with maple syrup can make it vegan-friendly.
