Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Dried Cranberries, chopped
  • 1 cup Pecans, finely chopped
  • 2 Green Onions or Chives, minced
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese with chopped dried cranberries, pecans, and minced green onions or chives. Add garlic powder and Worcestershire sauce. Mix until well combined.
  3. Scoop the mixture into a ball shape or form it into a log.
  4. Wrap the cheese ball in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to meld flavors.
  5. Once chilled, roll the cheese ball in crushed pecans and additional chopped cranberries for garnish.
  6. Remove from the refrigerator about 10 minutes before serving for optimal creaminess.
