- 20 Medjool dates
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tbsp honey (plus more for drizzling)
- Fresh herbs (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Slice each Medjool date lengthwise to create an opening.
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, chopped pecans, and dried cranberries. Add honey to enhance sweetness.
- Stuff each date with the cream cheese mixture using a small spoon or piping bag.
- Drizzle with honey and sprinkle additional chopped pecans or herbs if desired. Serve immediately or chill for 30 minutes.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
