Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, egg, salt, and seasonings. Mix gently until combined.
- Shape into small meatballs, about one inch in diameter.
- Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
- While meatballs bake, warm cranberry sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
- Slice slider rolls in half, place a meatball on the bottom, and top with cranberry sauce.
