Description

Juicy and flavor-packed meatball sliders topped with sweet-tart cranberry sauce, perfect for gatherings and cozy evenings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Ground meat (beef, turkey, or chicken)
  • Breadcrumbs (plain or seasoned)
  • 1 egg
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup cranberry sauce (homemade or store-bought)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional)
  • Slider rolls (soft and buttery)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground meat, breadcrumbs, garlic, onion, egg, salt, and seasonings. Mix gently until combined.
  3. Shape into small meatballs, about one inch in diameter.
  4. Place meatballs on a lined baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until browned and cooked through.
  5. While meatballs bake, warm cranberry sauce in a saucepan over medium heat.
  6. Slice slider rolls in half, place a meatball on the bottom, and top with cranberry sauce.
  7. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

For a unique flavor, experiment with different varieties of cranberry sauce, such as orange or rosemary. Don’t overmix the meat to ensure tender meatballs.
