Delightful and savory cranberry turkey stuffing balls filled with tender turkey, tangy cranberries, and a mix of herbs, perfect for any holiday gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb ground turkey
  • 1 cup fresh cranberries (or dried cranberries)
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp fresh thyme (or 1/2 tsp dried)
  • 1 tsp sage (or 1/2 tsp dried)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth (or vegetable broth)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet, heat some oil over medium heat and sauté the chopped onions and minced garlic until golden and fragrant.
  3. In a large bowl, mix the ground turkey, sautéed onions, minced garlic, cranberries, bread crumbs, and fresh herbs. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Add the eggs and broth, mixing until combined but do not overmix.
  5. Shape the mixture into balls, roughly the size of a golf ball, and place them on the baking sheet.
  6. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C).
  7. Let cool slightly before serving with dipping sauces or a sprinkle of herbs. Enjoy!

Notes

These stuffing balls can be made ahead of time and frozen for later use. Reheat in the oven to maintain crispiness.
