- 1/2 cup cranberry sauce or preserves
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary or thyme (or dried herbs as substitute)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans or walnuts (optional)
Instructions
- Let the goat cheese sit at room temperature for about 30 minutes to soften.
- In a mixing bowl, whip the goat cheese until fluffy, adding herbs and honey or maple syrup at this stage.
- Gently fold in the cranberry sauce, reserving a few spoonfuls for garnishing.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl, drizzle the reserved cranberry sauce on top, and garnish with fresh herbs or nuts.
- Serve with crackers, baguette slices, or fresh veggies.
Notes
For a warm dip, heat in the oven at 350°F for 10-15 minutes. Adjust sweetness to taste and choose a milder goat cheese for hesitant guests.
