- Fresh ravioli (cheese or veggie-filled)
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
- Salt, to taste
- Black pepper, to taste
- Fresh herbs (basil or parsley) for garnish
Instructions
- Wash and cut broccoli into small florets, then steam or sauté as desired.
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook ravioli according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Pour in the cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
- Drain ravioli and add to skillet with Alfredo sauce, tossing gently to coat. Add reserved pasta water as needed.
- Fold in broccoli florets and mix until well combined. Add extra cheese if desired.
- Plate the creamy ravioli, garnishing with fresh herbs and black pepper before serving.
