Ingredients

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups fresh broccoli florets
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • Fresh herbs (basil or parsley) for garnish

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut broccoli into small florets, then steam or sauté as desired.
  2. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook ravioli according to package instructions. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water.
  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  4. Pour in the cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Stir in Parmesan cheese until melted and combined.
  5. Drain ravioli and add to skillet with Alfredo sauce, tossing gently to coat. Add reserved pasta water as needed.
  6. Fold in broccoli florets and mix until well combined. Add extra cheese if desired.
  7. Plate the creamy ravioli, garnishing with fresh herbs and black pepper before serving.

Notes
