- 2 anchovy fillets (or 2 tablespoons of capers)
- 2 cloves garlic
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients and place them in a blender or food processor.
- Add Greek yogurt, anchovies (or capers), garlic, lemon juice, and Worcestershire sauce.
- Blend until smooth, then slowly drizzle in olive oil while blending.
- Stop to taste, then add Parmesan cheese and black pepper, blending until combined.
- Adjust seasoning as needed with lemon juice or cheese.
