- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced

Instructions
- In a large pot, heat a drizzle of oil over medium heat. Sauté the chicken until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and shred once cooled.
- In the same pot, add minced garlic, ginger, and white parts of scallions. Stir until fragrant—about 1 minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring to a simmer. Add the heavy cream, stirring to combine.
- Stir in your chili paste or oil to introduce the desired spice level. Taste and adjust.
- Add the noodles to the simmering broth and cook until just tender.
- Incorporate mushrooms and any additional veggies, letting them simmer until tender.
- Stir in the shredded chicken and check seasoning; adjust with salt, pepper, or lime juice.
- Ladle the ramen into bowls, topping with green scallions, cilantro, lime wedges, and sesame seeds.
