- Fresh Lobster
- Fettuccine pasta (or spaghetti/linguine)
- 1 cup Heavy Cream
- 3–4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 4 tablespoons Unsalted Butter
- 1/2 cup Sun-Dried Tomatoes, chopped
- 2 cups Fresh Spinach
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/2 cup White Wine
- Fresh Herbs (Basil and Parsley)
Instructions
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, reserving about a cup of pasta water.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add sun-dried tomatoes and fresh spinach, stirring until the spinach wilts.
- Add fresh lobster, cooking until it turns opaque (4-5 minutes).
- Pour in white wine and let bubble for a couple of minutes.
- Add heavy cream and simmer until slightly thickened.
- Combine the cooked pasta with the sauce, using reserved pasta water if necessary.
- Stir in Parmesan and fresh herbs, adjust seasoning, and serve warm.
Notes
Use high-quality ingredients for the best flavor. Don’t skip the reserved pasta water to achieve the perfect sauce consistency.
