- 24 Oreo Cookies, crushed
- ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
- 16 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 large eggs
- 1–2 tsp pink food coloring
- ½ cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Crush the Oreo cookies and mix with melted butter. Press into a lined 9×9 inch baking pan and bake for 8-10 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla and eggs one at a time until blended.
- Reserve 1 cup of the batter, then mix pink food coloring into the remaining batter.
- Pour the pink batter over the crust and smooth it. Spoon the plain batter over it and swirl for a marbled effect.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes until slightly jiggly in the center. Allow to cool for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
- Once set, lift from the pan, slice, and serve chilled, optionally garnishing with crushed Oreos or fresh berries.

Ensure all ingredients are at room temperature for best mixing. Avoid overbaking and refrigerate for deeper flavor development.
