Instructions
- Start with clean, dry cod filets.
- In a shallow dish, mix breadcrumbs with garlic powder, paprika, and cracked pepper. Add fresh herbs if desired.
- Brush the cod filets with olive oil.
- Press each filet into the breadcrumb mixture until well-covered.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for about 5 minutes.
- Lay filets in a single layer in air fryer and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through until golden brown.
- Finish with a squeeze of fresh lemon before serving.
