Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchini, sliced into rounds or sticks
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (optional)
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash zucchini and trim the ends. Slice into rounds or sticks, about 1/4 inch thick.
- In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Air fry for 10-12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
- If using Parmesan, sprinkle over zucchini in the last minute of cooking.
- Let cool slightly before serving with your favorite dip.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, omit Parmesan and use nutritional yeast instead. Ensure slices are uniform in thickness for even cooking.
