Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut broccoli and potatoes into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
- In a large bowl, toss broccoli and potatoes with minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well-coated.
- Spread the mixture evenly on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
