- Juice of 1 lemon
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse and pat the chicken legs dry with paper towels.
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the chicken legs until well-coated.
- Arrange the chicken legs in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper or foil.
- Roast in the oven for 35-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) is reached.
- Broil for an additional 2-3 minutes for extra crispiness.
- Allow the chicken to rest for a few minutes before serving.
