  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Rinse and pat dry your chicken legs.
  3. In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add chicken legs to the marinade, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Let sit for at least 10 minutes.
  5. Place chicken legs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced evenly.
  6. Roast for about 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
  7. Check for doneness; the meat thermometer should read 165°F (75°C).
  8. Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
