- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika (smoked or sweet)

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Rinse and pat dry your chicken legs.
- In a large bowl, mix together olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken legs to the marinade, ensuring they are thoroughly coated. Let sit for at least 10 minutes.
- Place chicken legs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, spaced evenly.
- Roast for about 35-40 minutes, flipping halfway through for even browning.
- Check for doneness; the meat thermometer should read 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispiness, use a wire rack or broil for a few minutes at the end of roasting.
