Instructions

  1. In a bowl, marinate chicken pieces with garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika for at least 30 minutes.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk eggs until fluffy, then add flour to form a thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet until shimmering.
  4. Dip each chicken piece in the batter and fry in hot oil for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown.
