- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 cup cotton candy
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until resembling wet sand. Press into a cupcake tin to form crusts. Bake for 8 minutes and let cool.
- Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon the cheesecake filling into cooled crusts, filling about 3/4 full.
- Wrap cotton candy around each cheesecake bomb, covering completely.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, then allow to cool before serving.
- Optionally, garnish with crushed graham crackers or chocolate syrup before serving.
Notes
Ensure to use room temperature cream cheese for a fluffy texture. Wrap cotton candy just before baking to prevent it from dissolving.
