Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 cup cotton candy

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar until resembling wet sand. Press into a cupcake tin to form crusts. Bake for 8 minutes and let cool.
  2. Combine cream cheese, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
  3. Spoon the cheesecake filling into cooled crusts, filling about 3/4 full.
  4. Wrap cotton candy around each cheesecake bomb, covering completely.
  5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, then allow to cool before serving.
  6. Optionally, garnish with crushed graham crackers or chocolate syrup before serving.
