Ingredients
- Large shrimp (peeled and deveined)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the peeled shrimp, chopped garlic, and shredded cheese. Add black truffle oil and toss gently.
- Cut each bacon strip in half. Take a spoonful of the shrimp mixture and wrap it with half a piece of bacon, securing with a toothpick if necessary.
- Place the wrapped bombs seam-side down on the baking sheet and bake for about 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool slightly before serving and sprinkle with fresh chopped parsley.
