  2. Rinse and trim the Brussels sprouts, slicing off the stem end and peeling any yellow leaves.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the Brussels sprouts, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Toss well to coat.
  4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese.
  5. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread the Brussels sprouts in a single layer, cut side down.
  6. Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown and crispy, stirring halfway through.
